En effet, le froc concerne, sauf erreur, plutôt le clergé régulier et l'article de Reuters parle des prêtres en général.

L'article fait allusion au Motu Proprio, au DVD envoyé par la FSSPX et à la difficulté de fournir la demande d'habits et accessoires religieux.
