More than 25 years ago, the Episcopal Conference of the Roman Catholic Church in France gave official permission for Anglicans living in France to be able to avail themselves of any of the sacraments, should they be geographically far from an Anglican chaplaincy. This was a radical and unique gesture of oecumenical goodwill. It means, in Eucharistic terms, that Anglicans have permission to receive Holy Communion in Roman Catholic Churches should they be unable to attend an Anglican Eucharist; those wishing to avail themselves of this privilege should introduce themselves to the local curé.
Soit:Il y a plus de 25 ans, la CEF a donné officiellement la permission aux Anglicans vivant en France de recevoir de l'Église Catholique tous les Sacrements lorsqu'ils sont loin de toute chapellenie anglicane. Ce fut un geste radical et unique de bon-vouloir œcuménique. Cela veut dire, en termes eucharistiques, que les Anglicans ont la permission de recevoir la Sainte Communion dans les églises Catholiques Romaines s'il leur est impossible d'aller à l'"Eucharistie" Anglicane. Ceux qui voudraient bénéficier de ce privilège sont invités à se présenter au curé local.
